Hank The Medium legally operates under HM3 Enterprises ("Company", "I", "We"), as registered in Los Angeles County, California.

 

By purchasing a Service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

FOR SERVICES:

 

By purchasing a Mediumship Reading (“Service”) you agree that you are engaging in a spiritual service intended for personal insight and guidance only.

Payment & Booking
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments for Services are processed securely via Stripe, and all prices are listed in USD. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Google Meet link for your scheduled appointment.

Client Policy
Appointments are intended for a single client only—the person who booked the session. Additional guests are not permitted to observe. Services may not be purchased or booked on behalf of someone else without prior written consent.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable. No exceptions.
 

Due to the time, energy, and preparation involved, all purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your session, you may request to reschedule within 30 days of your original appointment date.

Confidentiality & Privacy
All session content is kept confidential and will not be shared without your written consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is stored and protected.

 

Session Recordings & Content
Services may be recorded for the client's personal use. Any session recording, written materials, or spiritual content provided are for private use only and may not be shared or redistributed on any platform, including but not limited to social media.
 

While recordings are offered as a courtesy, Hank The Medium is not responsible for technical malfunctions or failures that may prevent the recording from being delivered. This is a complimentary service and holds no monetary value.
